My vent hood recently died. I'm not sure if it is electrical problem or what. Should I just buy a new one or should I fix this one? It is one of the yellow old style kind Nautilus brand. I hate to have to buy a new one as this was my moms house. I tend to like to leave things as they were. Do you have any suggestions?

We came out and worked on your vent hood. I forgot to post here to let others know. Just catching up on a few posts.
To answer your question in case someone has the same question... This could go either way. If you are a person whom is environmentally astute then I would say definitely fix it. Usually they are easy fixes and so we can get things done quickly and affordably. If you recycle the unit and purchase a new one that is an alternative as well. It really depends on you and where you want to put your money as well. Many times we have coupons on MerchantCircle.com where you can get two appliances worked on for the price of one and so this would be a good time to have an appliance like this one worked on whilst you had another done or preventative maintenance. Vent hoods can be affordable or very pricey. So to sum up I would say that its best to phone us and talk over the phone to help you make the best buying or repairing decision. Thanks for your questin and as well letting us come out and work for you!
